Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your reservation for any reason, please note that the following conditions apply:

If you cancel your reservation MORE THAN ONE MONTH in advance, the full amount of your deposit will be refunded, less bank charges.

If you cancel your reservation LESS THAN ONE MONTH in advance, you will not be entitled to any refund of your deposit.

If the cancellation occurs during the stay or before the end of the reserved days, the total amount of the contracted stay will be charged.

We also remind you that all reservations are guaranteed until 8:00 p.m. on the day of your arrival. If you think you can arrive at the property after this time, remember to confirm your reservation in advance by calling +34 687 564 504.

Important: Ignoring this policy does not exempt you from complying with it. Consult the general contracting and sale conditions.
